I wouldn't get on there. There was a terrible accident last year, so who knows how they are maintained.
I was there not too long ago and had a great time. I talked about that accident with the pilot and he told me the balloon that crashed was a “pirate balloon”, a private person who wasn’t licensed to operate along with the rest of the companies that are supposed to be flying there.
Overall it felt pretty safe and the people who managed the company were very professional, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone, but I would definitely say you should stick to the larger, well established companies.
