Well for me it works very well. This is of course due to my stats being maxed but for people who don’t have them maxed, it is still a really good option. Paraselene Blur is the strongest strength based skill in the game from what I’ve seen through people’s calculations. It does take a bit of time to set up but this skills tears through enemies like a knife through butter. The animation is the cherry on top. I have switched it up a bit since this ss but it’s roughly still the same as before.

How do you even get that?
Paraselene Blur is obtained from Tsukuyomi Ultimus essence.
There's an NPC you can talk to who will give you the tsukuyomi essences, they're not found in the overworld like the one with Marakumo it's real easy to miss.
Better than Murakumo?
It's much stronger than Murakumo. If you have 3 Pandemonic Feast allies, Critical Zealot, and then use Omagatoki: Critical, it's over twice as strong as Murakumo.
Even outside of using magatsuhi skills, it's still just as strong as Murakumo in the worst case: where you need to use impaler's cuz the enemy resists, and it doesn't crit.
Sure but is that setup feasible to attain relatively easily (i'd day succesfull 1/3 boss attempts) against all the superbosses
It's not too hard. You honestly don't even need PF allies, it's still stronger than Murakumo. If anything, you just need to use onyankopon as your main support demon to keep the mc taunted without wasting his own move slots, and to make sure he doesn't end up a sitting duck that can't attack.
If you really want you can also just switch out a few demons during an Omagatoki effect to reap the benefits of Pandemonic Feast. There are quite a few PF demons that are viable, given some investment. Elemental Multi-target moves are also really strong, and you can always use impaler's Animus with those too. If you wanna focus damage, elemental -barion moves are also about as strong as Murakumo, if they're hitting a weakness.
Mermaid's good for ice damage. Replace her annoying scream with glacial blast of course. Vritra is the only one with access to both Omagatoki: Dance and Pandemonic Feast. Yaksini is good for force damage. Cherub has a unique light multi-hit move that pierces. Unfortunately there's no Pandemonic Feast demons that specialize in fire or dark damage, but it's not the biggest deal.

You use the balms you get to increase your stats. Balms can be bought on Godborn difficulty.

Every enemy from the start is 150. From the slimes to the last boss. Your level cap doesn’t increase when you unlock Godborn, you have to buy the Moral Transcendence miracle to unlock the 150 level cap for you and your demons. The miracle costs 999 glory so be prepared to either save up a lot or farm it.

Yes and at the very end, you can buy Grimoires.

Was told intercalation is useless with demi essence? Still haven't done CoV and don't plan to until I finish law and neutral CoC route just finished chaos CoC.
Idk who told you that. You can still use it with his essence because all you need to do is dodge to get the extra press turn and with luminescent mirage, you're guaranteed to dodge one attack.
You can dodge Almighty. And having too many resistances makes endgame enemies use Megidolaon.
Yeah megidolans aren’t a concern for me. Hope others take your advice though so they don’t deal with almighty spam.
Newbie here, how did you get resistance for all?
The shield indicates nullification, half of a shield is for resistance, swirls are for drain and shield with arrow is for repel. To get nullification for all, you need to defeat the Demi-Fiend.

Don’t think you can recruit him but after beating him you’ll get the chance to add him temporarily as a guest party member. Iirc

Playing on Godborne adds balms, sutras, and incenses to the store, and fights pay out a lot of money.
Demifiends essence allows you to null everything, but you have to beat him to get it.
Play on Godborn and defeat the Demi-Fiend for the essence.
I wonder if you can replace Fierce Roar or Elusive Eclispe with base Light Pleroma
You could, yes but you need fierce roar to make sure you’re targeted when luminescent mirage is active. And base light pleroma doesn’t give you a boost as big as high light pleroma does.
Does x Pleroma stack with High x Pleroma? Been putting it on my build considerations for the first run.
