Hi,

please help, I am at the point of returning back to Windows.

I have installed OneDrive on my MacBook Air M3. Yesterday, I performed a complete clean install of the MacOS just because of being unable to delete a couple of files failed to upload via OneDrive. I tried literally every single piece of advice I was able to dig out on the internet - safe mode, terminal, something like 20 different lines executed in and out of the safe mode, I even disabled the system integrity protection (don’t even know what that is). I also checked whether the file is locked, had permissions to read and write to the file...literally everything I tried.

Today, I tried to batch-copy some more files from an external HDD to OneDrive, with the same result as yesterday - an error causing the transfer to fail.. The folders in the OneDrive folder was somehow half's copied, leaving me with two options: retry the file transfer and delete the files. So I chose to delete. So far so good. However, once I deleted the folder from the OneDrive via finder, the exact same error message saying that the files cannot be deleted, as they're being used while trying to delete the file appeared. It’s driving me crazy, please help. Yes, I also tried to uninstall OneDrive, reinstall it like 5 times, so that didn`t help as well.

How do I delete those fucking stubborn files?

I beg you.
