I am wondering what happened in his marriage because it’s kinda odd that only one out of his three children came to support him in the hospital. Maybe he was checked out of the family?? What are your thoughts????

I agree that something is off. Usually when someone’s adult children don’t talk to the parent it’s because the parent is a shitty person.
Not necessarily maybe the kids are just shitty kids, that only want to take take take from the parents. And when the parents say no, the kids decide to cut them off. Sometimes it’s not the parents fault.

I also think crystal ruined her chances with any guy in the house in the second episode. Her and Barby were acting a little jealous and crazy at the bar and in my opinion that’s a big turn off to a guy because after that none of the older men seemed interested in them.

no forreal…i’ve been thinking that. but to give him the benefit of the doubt, i think all this about the dads and sons not knowing each other would be there is slightly fabricated and i have the theory that the sons were contacted/applied to be on the show and then the dads, and not that the dads actually applied lol but who knows

Yeah when he first started crying about his ex wife I felt so bad for him and thought it was really sweet, but as soon as he started talking about the heart attack and saying it was caused by the divorce (blaming her for it) and going on about how she wasn’t even by his side for it…. I was like “oh no he’s an asshole”.

That final interview where he's crying about how hard going through that was for him felt very off. Not because of the tears, but the emoting felt overdramatized or something. It just felt off. Like playing the victim off. Or on drugs off. Or off psych meds off. Something.

I feel super skeptical about the whole thing. He's painting himself too much as a perfect victim. Completely understand why she wouldn't be interested in sharing her story, but I would love to hear her side.
