Where outside the venue could I see Chappell Roan’s set?

if you know someone who happens to live by there maybe you can see it from their place using binoculars but otherwise there is nowhere you can watch the fest without being inside. it’s fully blocked off. you can watch the livestream on hulu though

Know someone that lives in a high rise with a view of the stage. Which high rise? Idk

Get to the Lakefront Trail and Balbo. You will be able to hear the set, but won't get a decent view.

You can access the trail at either end of the festival.

We live by there and do this every year.
