I can’t really give you any personal reference as I’m like 15cm taller, but I would recommend learning about different strength and BW training workouts and the parts of the body they target and incorporate a workout plan before starting to train, especially when it comes to biceps and shoulders.
You’re welcome. I forgot to say, but focus on doing 6-10 reps for hypertrophy (I’d recommend between 6-8) and 13-20 for endurance, going lower than 6 reps isn’t greatly beneficial for muscle in comparison but is suited more for strength
