How do you feel about non-religious Jews who wear a kippah?

Not speaking for myself.

I've known Jews (mostly in Israel) who wear kippot but who aren't religious in terms of behavior. I mean they'll do stuff on Shabbat or eat food which isn't kosher certified and so on.

I was curious how you personally view Jews like that? Does it bother you or is it entirely a non-issue?
