Smiling Friends is already a GOAT tier Adult Swim show!
Congratulations to you and your family
Dude same boat!! August 2024
Send me a DM. I have a decent amount of Jags clothes for boys. I had a girl so it didn't work out lol
Thank you! I should add though, I’m based in the UK. I know shipping can prove tricky!
Wayne Weaver announced today that he and Delores support the stadium deal.
CJ Stroud feeling his self to much
He called himself the Steph Curry of football last season lmao. It's not enough that he plays in QB daycare, he's also really smug about it.
I have a feeling he’s going to be humbled this season.
His rookie season feels a lot like Baker's or Herbert's, one of those where he vastly outperformed expectations for a rookie but also might be the zenith of his young career and still far from the elite tier. He's up against a tough schedule and his offensive coordinator now has a year of tape up against him. Watch him crash back down to earth this year
Agree
Dynasty rookie draft started yesterday, managed to turn 1.03 and 1.06 into Malik Nabers and Jayden Daniels. Super fucking hyped about how it started out for me. All y'all dynasty dorks out there, share your drafts with me; the season for uninterrupted rosterbation is about to start!
I was the number 2 pick in a 16 team. Got Nabers, roman Wilson, and Penix (Kirk is my qb1)
I did just start up a new dynasty league with friends. SF 10-man PPR. Took Trevor at 10, and might have reached but took MHJ at 11. Team is Trevor/Dak, Henry, Kamara, James Cook for my RBs. MHJ, Kirk, BTJ, Higgins, Legette for my WRs. Laporta as my TE. Cam Little and Jags D to fill out the rest.
I have BTJ in all 3 of my dynasty leagues. Checkmate.
BTJ went before the draft got back to me, I didn't have any picks between 1.06 and 3.03 so BTJ was either a reach or going to be long gone for me. Anyhow, with Lamb, Aiyuk, JSN, Nabers and Dell, getting BTJ would have been irresponsible considering my need at QB and the sheer value of Daniels at 1.06 in a SF draft.
I had 1.04 in my latest league. I couldn't pass on him. If he turns out to be a stud and I passed on a Jag I could never forgive myself lol
Saw the Rolling Stones in concert. Badass. Gimme Shelter was a highlight .
Big fan of when Mick Jagger shoulder-checked a bassist during Miss You.
Dudes still know how to put on a show. I hope the Jags never play here because this stadium sucks to get in or out of.
I saw a stat that since 2015, the only college football teams to be ranked #1 in the AP poll are Michigan, Alabama, Georgia, Clemson and LSU. That’s not to finish the year first but be ranked #1 at any point.
I’m sure that Ohio state has been 1 at some point since then but maybe I’m wrong
Yep. In 2019 & 2023. And Tennessee was ranked 1 in 2022.
Tennessee was number one in the playoff ranking but never the AP poll.
And Ohio State has been second a ton of times. But not #1 since 2015.

Ah. Stand corrected thanks!
It was surprised too. It really shows college football has had no parody for the last decade.
Someone tell me their tlaw stats prediction
Stays healthy all season 🙏🙏🙏
Between 4000-4500 yards passing. 35-40 combined rushing and passing TDs. 9 turnovers total. More or less 500 yards rushing. We win 11+ games and Lawrence, while not winning it outright, garners significant MVP discussion
Hot damn, I'm in
i’ll bite on this one. i’m thinking 35td - 11int 4,200yd and over 400 yards rushing in total
Can't see the exact stats but MVP 100%
Yes sir I'm sold
I don’t mean to be disrespectful to TLaw by saying this; but I’m hoping to see some of that ceiling we’ve been hearing about.
I feel ya brother. His supporting cast looks better this year, so I feel like this is his year to do it, ya know?
Yeah I agree, the offensive line was bolstered a little bit by signing Cleveland (foot injury last season) and Morse, even if people on here don’t agree. And the interior was our biggest weakness on the line, a healthy/non suspended Cam will help as well. We were 7-2 with Cam, 2-6 without. BTJ will help because we can scheme him long, into posts/go’s. Where as without a healthy Zay last season, we tried to scheme Ridley into that mold. And Ridley’s specialization was never long routes. Having Kirk back will be monumental as well. Gabe is a decent addition as WR2/3 depending on how BTJ’s rookie season pans out.
I think mitch is a huge upgrade. But then again, a broom with a bucket for a head would also be an upgrade lol. I have high hopes for btj too. I'm scared to predict anything, but I'm hoping for 25+ tds, 8 or less TOTAL turnovers and 4200 yards. Throw in a couple rushing tds in there too.
The only unrealistic part of your prediction is that Lawrence will have 8 or less total turnovers. I’ll be shocked if he has 8 or less fumbles in general
That's why I said it's what I'm hoping for, not a prediction lol. I guess we'll see, dougy said he's working with trev on his turnovers.
30tds 8ints 4500+yds
That's actually a very realistic outlook. Hopefully less fumbles too.

I've only been playing the daily Wordle for a number of weeks, but just got my first ever "99" skill rating by the Wordlebot. I feel proud.
