I think his "logic" is:

1. Women who have had good sexual experiences with other people will cheat. (i.e. incel insecurity 101)

2. Women who have slept around a lot might only have slept with "bad" men.

3. Women who have slept with one other person might have slept with a "good" man.

4. Therefore you can't tell from how many men a woman has slept with whether they have had any good sexual experiences.

5. Therefore only virgins are "safe", you can know they haven't had any good sexual experiences.

Basically he's admitting to fetishizing inexperienced virgins because he thinks they are the only ones who will stay with him.

I don't think he even knows.
