My theory is the one book is actually Jordan Peterson’s 12 Rules.
And his 12 Rules are such banal advice that most people could imagine what a nice mom might recommend and come up with a similar list.
I feel like it's really two books. One book is the self help genre and the other book is the 'history non sense that recommends center right policies,' genre.
Eh, there's enough overlap to make it one. A lot of the self-help books carry the implied political message that our economic system is meritocratic, and you the reader would of course be at the top of it, you just missed a few little things. But otherwise you are the peer of billionaires.

Honestly I would read The One Book if it were the same kind of investigative analysis they’ve done, just synthesized in a way that you can more directly compare the crazy self-help-meets-right-wing optics of the different books. Like that would be a dope popular nonfiction book to read. And they’ve already done most of the work!
