Almost 2 years ago I started kinda going to ‘freeform dancing’ classes, and it had a profound impact on my well-being. If I have to compare it to traditional choreographed dance, this type of dancing is more about moving however my body wants using the keys. It's an incredible way to connect with and understand my body, even changing the way I walk and perceive myself.

By the way, this experience was another thing that got me thinking about how art can be a powerful tool for healing.
