Avalanche trail
I was there today!
It is a nice hike - not too long or hard and the view is worth it. It does get crowded though during the season but then all of them do
Absolutely, and small water falls and water flow make it more wonderful.
Does anyone (or OP) know if the bathrooms at the end of the trail are open?
Yeah, it was open.
Open when I was there last week.
Avalanche lake?
Yup
Was there last July. I counted over 200 people hiking up as we were hiking out. It’s a zoo.
It was raining, but surprisingly, there were still plenty of people around.
Went two years ago and not sure if we got lucky but saw maybe 30 people throughout the day. And some black bears from afar!
Love that hike
Was there last week. At the end of the trail there is a little path that takes you to a secret beach
Whenever I’m there I look around and say thank the Flying Spaghetti Monster that 70% of Americans don’t own passports and then I exhale.
And i suppose if you drive across to Canada's Waterton National Park, you can really be thankful.
I was there today!
