Does a lowering HRV mean I'm not fully recovering?

I see a lot of posts saying that HRV lowering over time means you're getting sick, but I haven't been feeling that at all. However, I have been upping the intensity of my weight lifting lately, and I'm wondering if it's because my body isn't recovering properly that my HRV is slowly going down overtime. As a side note, I workout 6 days a week with only 1 rest day (50 min sessions), so I'm not sure if I'm basically overdoing it?
