I think it depends on few factors. Like leaderboard prize/ top jackpot/ rake. By decreasing rake in few % and adding it to top prizes 20 limit may propose top jackpot of 500k- 1M and it for sure attract a lot rec players… Its more hard to predict regulars action, most of them grinding leaderboards so my guess that nowadays pool split, but higher limit for sure attract new more strong regulars who will give a chance to grind it.
