I have problems to withdraw from my accunt , it get declinet and no one from the support i emailed had given me any reason.Can i know it is real money poker of we play just for fun here.I dont want to invest more money and time if it is imposible to win real money

my account was blocked yesterday, I finally responded to all the emails and also recorded 2 videos as they asked me and now they don't respond to me anymore and my account is still blocked and I am deprived of using my money and working, I want to work and I can't, can anyone help me?
I play on mobile and I was just wondering if you're allowed to screen record tournaments? I was thinking it would be a good way to analyze my play, and improve.
Would that be against terms and conditions? I wouldn't think so, because some people stream their games, but I wanted to check first before I actually did it.

seriously, this site is a joke.
I deposited +/- 200$ and played some 25NL for a couple of hours.
I was no fan of the software and the rake is ridiculous (which I could've checked beforehand) so I wanted to cash out and just deposit when there's an interesting tourney playing.
After 3 weeks I feel like I almost have to forfeit my money.
I am constantly trying to get a decent reply from support but only get copy/paste BS.
They tell me I need to deposit through neteller first before I can withdraw, but I did deposit through neteller, twice.
They tell me it was declined on the side of neteller, neteller tells me there is no issue.
Then I googled "GG poker withdrawal issue" and I can tell my money is pretty much gone.
Even Full Tilt, the ponzi scheme, was better at letting funds withdraw than GG.
I have never, in my life, came across a company who cares so little about their customers. I am going to try this week again to get my money back somehow but this scam of a site probably stole my money.
So I am just making this post for future customers: don't!
If there is any other option to play poker than on GG, use that option.
if there isn't, just put your money on fire, it will save you a lot of stress
I recently started my ggpoker journey few months ago , very new to poker i realized that i didnt put in my real name and password because i didnt think i was going to take this game seriously , so later i decided to make a new account with my real name so i can verify my account but obviously they both got suspended ive emailed gg to hopefully resolve this, but im just curious if they will actually resolve this or will i just be done for? thanks
Hi all, I'm looking to punt a bit on GGPoker/Natural8 during my holiday in Vietnam. I saw that most forms of gambling are illegal in Vietnam, with illegal gambling being punishable by fines and imprisonment. Despite that, GG still seems to accept Vietnamese players.
So will I get in trouble playing on GG in Vietnam?
Has anyone had any issues with GGPoker client and graphical glitches on surface pro 11 and/or ARM processor. Actually gameplay is fine (can call/raise/fold and see cards) however there is visual flickering. I have checked and there doesn’t appear to be any driver updates available.

I got prompted to re-upload my documents. Normal KYC thing for us. Submitted a driving license and scanned utility bill more via the prompts. In the past this has been straight though, but now its been pending for 48 hours, no answer from support (which is standard, i have a 5 day request they still didnt reply to)
during this pending KYC refresh, you cant take any daily freebies or cash any bonuses. IF the KYC goes longer, u will lose access to your funds. I've now withdrawn any funds for safety as I don't trust GG to get this right, i have 13 days on my KYC deadline, but they will go fast.
So PSA - if you get this prompt, do it straight away. I think their auto verification systems dont work or someone in the PRC is currently logging all the client details they can
