This information is needed to verify your case with the payment service in order to retrieve your transaction and credit your account IF the funds have been taken.

Since you have already email the cashier team, please be aware: if you send multiple mails, this slows down the process because you will be pushed back in line again. Thanks.

With crypto deposits make sure you sent the right coin and used the right blockchain, taking this long to be credited would indicate something is not right
