I think it looks like neither are set, the stones are resting loosely on and in the settings, probably to show how it would look with the stones they've chosen, before actually setting the one they go with.
Is Shane &Co that expensive? My husband got me a ring from there😥, he said their prices were very good compared to a family owned jewelers here in outskirts of Chicago
There are so many overseas sellers online now especially with Etsy. Lab grown diamonds are between $200-$500 a carat directly from India and the price of labor is pennies on the dollar.
Haha coincidentally I am from India😭, next time I will remember that! Thanks for the info
I lived in India for 5 yrs. I loved it!
I am glad! It’s always a pleasure to hear people around the world loving India!!! I hope you get a chance to visit it again someday 🙂
I can’t even figure out how the first one works? The diamond stays put by the grace of god? Sheer will power? 🫠
I also can’t figure out how an emerald cut can be shaped like that?
Maybe put the specs and price on here BUT I have heard that rings are over priced at this company
Neither there are visible issues with both.
I am going to guess that they set the diamond on top of the setting just so you can see what it looks like? That can’t possibly be set this way? The 2nd one has an extremely wonky cut or setting. They both look off so I can’t really tell. You can do so much better than this.
Yeah Shane co is VERY overpriced! You are much better off to go elsewhere!
Hi everyone, thank you for your input. Just wanted to say that the diamonds are not set, they are like that just for viewing. The first one is more expensive I believe it was around $7K and the second one was around 6K
I like #2 but is it sitting crooked??
The 1st one is set really badly and the 2nd has a super wonky cut. Also, their prices tend to be WAY overpriced Like double what you’d pay elsewhere.
