Why did this happen? Who can give good settings for accurate printing of PLA figurines with plastic?
Troubleshooting (Print Quality)Your print didnt stick to the bed, higher bed temp helps
temp was 60. i'll try 70
If that doesnt work try washing your bed under warm sopay water
Supports ? That looks like a print without supports
It looks like there are supports but only touching the bed, that could be why.
the value is set to "everywhere"
Looking at the first pic now that I see the print, it kind of looks like there's nothing solid under the feet, so I'm team bed adhesion in that case as well
I experienced this with the bed heated to 60 degrees. Now it's printing at 70, plus I turned the model upright and added a brim - everything is fine so far (80% printed without issues). I'm using a temperature of 205 degrees, and the standard printing speed for the profile in Cura.
PEI build plate that’s clean, use a brim to ensure the print and supports are secure, slow the print speed down for intricate prints.
I use 200 for temp, 60 for bed, print speed is 70 (depends on filament brand). These settings typically work for all the PLA brands I have used. PETG is a different story. Check your spool for mfg temp/speed recommendations. Try running a temp tower and string test with mfg settings.
*Forgot to add that all my prints have a brim, but I only do 5 passes. Gi es me enough time to detect any errors.
