I play him with goblins. Lots of tokens and stuff like [[hellrider]] [[impact tremors]] [[goblin bombardment]] And add [[manabarbs]]

3 budget cards with great card advantage

Your card advantage is a problem. You've got a lot of draw, but each of those draw spells are either very mana inefficient, or don't draw you enough cards to move your deck forward.

I don't know if you're using archidekt's categories or making your own, but cards that draw you 1 are not real draw. They're "cantrips." The only thing they do is get you a card to replace themselves, in which case it would have been better to just have the next card in hand from the get-go. They're good for triggering your burn sources, but don't think of them as draw. I also don't like red's discard 1 to draw 2 in commander unless you're running discard synergy. There are better options that get you more cards.

Instead of those look for more efficient ways of drawing cards. You've got an impulse engine going already, so you can reinforce that with [[Wild Wasteland]], [[Embrace the Unknown]], [[Reckless Impulse]], [[Wrenn's Resolve]], [[Ignite the Future]], [[Inspired Tinkering]], [[Invasion of Kaldheim]], and/or [[Commune with Lava]], which are all highly efficient sources of impulse. Alternatively, you can go with more wheel-like effects such as [[Into the Fire]], [[Magus of the Wheel]], and [[Brass's Tunnel Grinder]]. (There's also the more expensive traditional options of [[Valakut Awakening]] and [[Reforge the Soul]] if you decide to upgrade later).

Your ramp looks good, though I'd throw in a couple later game big rocks like [[Thran Dynamo]] and [[Gilded Lotus]]. A [[Dowsing Dagger]] would probably work pretty well in this deck buffing Ojer Axonil's power and eventually becoming mana. I would also throw in that Liquimetal Torque you've got on the maybeboard alongside a robust suite of artifact removal. Liquimetal Torque's second ability alongside a good ole' [[Smelt]] is the best way to remove enchantments in red, behind Chaos Warp. Speaking of which, get a [[Chaos Warp]]. I can't understate the importance of red being able to remove enchantments when needed.

Last comment, get that mana barbs in there! What a deliciously mean card for this commander.
