There’s a homebrew bean I found called the Senzu bean, it basically restores all your health, ki points, restores limbs, removes points of exhaustion, etc, I would probably just give it healing abilities like a potion though.

The incredibly expensive “Senzu Burger” It takes a full year to grow a single bean, so this elf has spent the last decade building a bean vineyard to grow them in bulk. The senzu beans are then fermented in the same process you would make Tempeh. This burger costs 200gp and is effectively a greater healing potion that spoils. So instead of taking it with you on adventures, you can only consume it right now but it’s the effectiveness of a greater healing potion

The good burger. Goodberries, again, ferment like Tempeh or Tofu. A very low level spell caster could produce 10-30 of these each day. Fermentation extends the life of the berry to 3 days instead of 1 so the berry can ferment for 24-48 hours before being prepared but the burger still spoils so if you order one it’s only good for the next 2-3 hours.

Wish meat. Stealing this idea from D20 with the ice cream shop. A cursed Genasi works in the restaurant for the elf. They are only able to grant wishes for burgers. It’s “wish meat” so it’s not real meat. Maybe the elf hooked up with a genasi and this is their offspring, I believe a Genasi is only free once it can pay like 250,000gp or something to its master so they decided to open this place together so that the tips they earn can go to paying to break their servitude.
