In any activity that's harder than a patrol zone, you will get nuked by void damage. Whether it's the aeon maul from hydras, void emersion from the warlord meatball, a minotaur torch hammer, or an ogre eye blast, you will absolutely get nuked. Even if you have 100 resilience with void resist and concussive dampener and a more than adequate power level you will get nuked. Regardless of the burns or mods, you will get destroyed. Wyverns? Better dodge the spread from those chickens because they will blow you up instantly. I have never experienced any of the insane damage from other sources. Only void. And it's insanely annoying.
Bungie HAS to deal with ridiculously overtuned incoming void damage.
Bungie SuggestionTypically, anything above 144 can cause you to take more damage it also breaks physics things like the RoN catapult.
Honourable mention being warlocks with some specific framerate over 200 can float forever with heat rises.
Edit for people: Yes, it also happens at anything over 30 it's just especially noticeable in the 144+ range, probably a side effect of the game running on a modified version of the old halo engine that was originally intended for 30 FPS consoles
OH THATS WHY I CANT DO SCISSION
Bungie punishing me for getting a better pc
Not really, if you get low fps that should be ideal for you. Low fps means less damage you take from certain attacks and higher fps means more damage in certain attacks.
So... get gud sounds like an appropriate response here, lol
Edit: i read "pushing" instead of "punishing", my bad.
Reading seems like a challenge evidently
I said I'm being punished because I have a better pc now
I'm pushing 240fps and I play warlock so that shit is never working
The challenge might be not being an asshole.
I just read "pushing" instead of "punishing", my bad.. but go ahead and be a jerk about it to make you feel good with a little joke I made.
The dude who says git gud says don't be an asshole.... lol
Yeah, the dude who used an overused joke that people say ironically all the time.. i just didn't put the /s because I thought the sarcasm was implied.
It's okay the guy who said reading is a challenge was also being sarcastic so it's fine? Or is it that your sarcasm is funny but their sarcasm is being an asshole? Weird
Homie it's the Internet calm down lmao
