That's Otho standing on it... trust me it's solid!
I love how Otho was considered exceptionally fat for his time, but nowadays he’s average cuz we have people who are so unbelievably fat it blew those proportions out of the water lmaooo
One also has to remember he was played by Glenn Shadix. Who was morbidly obese, until he had a gastric bypass and lost over 100 pounds.
aw man, Glenn Shadix is dead. Just looked him up on WIkpedia. :(
Don't check up on Jeffery Jones.
I don't think he was considered exceptionally fat then.
Multiple ppl in the movie commented on it.
The movie is known for its true-to-life sensibilities.
I meant they rip on him constantly for it, which I always found both funny in context and bizarre cuz he’s not really that large
He was "movie-fat" in the same way that actresses are "movie-ugly."
I worked at a bank. They had to remove the customer used chairs with arms and replace them with chairs without arms because larger customers were getting stuck in the chairs with arms.
Homer Simpson was morbidly obese at 239 lbs.....
have a look at 1985 version of a fat kid
https://giphy.com/gifs/Q56SF4czEtSZG
these days that kid would be considered under weight
Why would that kid be considered under weight now?
cause something like 65% of kids these days are not just a bit fat, they are morbidly obese.
our vision of what is 'normal' is so skewed these days that 'normal' people are viewed as skinny or unhealthy because we are so used to seeing fat people everywhere.
Source?
Source: Trust me bro
RIP Otho
Looks like they built it with screw.
Should they adjust the height or screw it up? Why not both
Not so fast round boy, we’re gonna have some laughs!
I'm concerned about only 2 outside stringers for those steps!
