My wife has been wanting a new car, likely an Acura/Lexus/Cadillac/Volvo level. She doesn’t drive much or far as a SAHM of an 8 yr old. She has a 2010 Maxima with 85k miles on it. That car could last another 10 years but basically has no trade in value (2500 or so) I have an SUV (also paid off) and don’t have a need for a third car. So what’s the play, just bite the bullet knowing I am giving up a good car for almost nothing?
BTW, we are on BS7, no debt and would pay cash for the car. (Approx 50k).
