If you don't like the colour that your model is, you can select the model which has the colour you like and then edit the flair with your own model (and do the same if you have a model that is not listed.)

Hi all, i've done a fair bit of searching but i cannot find any specs that confirm the type of coolant/antifreeze needed for my sandero? Am i missing something? I think it is a pretty huge omission not to have in the owners booklet. Also tried halfords website in the UK using registration and they come up blank too.

Hello everyone, I just got my new Dacia Sandero Stepway 2023 (CVT version) a couple of weeks ago. Drove about 500km.

It drives great overall, however, yesterday I noticed a weird thing: when I was waiting for a traffic light, after I released the brake car didn't move for a couple of seconds, but then crawled forward as expected. It happened a couple times more, but after that I wasn't able to reproduce it anymore

It is an expected behaviour from some assist system or should I be worried?

Even with the 50% discount the original bike rack from Dacia is too expansive for me, so I'm looking for something cheaper. Do you have anything to suggest that works with the modular railing of the new Stepway model?

I tried to use two racks I found in a store in my town, but they just couldn't fit because of the thickness of the railing.

a month ago I drove Dacia Duster 1st gen for a few days. Last day I had it, just out of curiousity, I wanted to try and play some music in that car. So I plugged the AUX cable in my phone, turned up the volume, and I got completely shocked. Assuming that Dacia was "budget friendly car", I didn't expect in any way that sound system to sound that good. I was speechless and I am speechless even to this day. Sound was very good and crispy, but biggest surprise for me was bass to be so powerfull in such a "budget" car.

I am 100% sure that sound system was the original one that came fron the factory cause it was from older gentleman who doesn't listen to music very much.

Question that I had was, what sound system did Dacia used to put in their 1st gen. Duster, was it same sound system on all models they used to produce, are the newer models equiped with same sound system or did they change anything nowadays and if it can be purchased separately and put in any other car except from Dacia models.

Any info is much appreciated.

Hello! I have a stepway 2019 1.6 engine and I had to replace the fuel pump for 4 times in the last 2 years.

Hello, Three days ago, a concerning noise started occurring during slow driving, gear changes (1st-3rd), and when releasing the gas pedal. The sound is difficult to describe, so I've posted a link above to a video where it can be clearly heard. The noise is less audible when the engine is cold but becomes louder after driving several kilometers. It's most noticeable from the front, near the driver's side. I haven't noticed any slipping of the clutch, and there are no unusual sounds in neutral.

I would appreciate any advice on what this could be. From what I've read, authorized service centers (ASO) are reluctant to repair/replace the gearbox under warranty. My service appointment is in 2 weeks, so I want to mentally prepare for how much money I might need to budget for a potential replacement.

Hello! I bought a Dacia Spring a week ago and after two days I tried to charge it at home. The seller assured me it would be possible to charge it anywhere but it could take longer if I had low power at home. In 8h it charged 1% so I tried another power outlet and it didn't charge at all. I tried another one and it charged 5%, stopped charging, charged another 10% and then I turned it off because the cable was getting hot and it was getting late (I needed to leave my front door open in order to plug the cable in this outlet, while the first two are outside in the garage). I also noticed that my cable does not lock when I lock the car. What I mean is, I lock the car and I am still able to pull the cable off, which is not supposed to happen. My seller says I should keep trying to lock the cable and see if it keeps happening but I tried over 10 times and it only locked twice. Do you think it's a cable issue or a power issue?

Has anyone tried both normal and upgraded sound in new Duster? How do they compare? Any experiences?

I’m looking at buying a new Duster once it has been released in the UK. I’m used to driving Land Rover Freelander 2’s (only car model I have ever had). I’m not super knowledgeable with cars just general knowledge but the Freelander 2’s are getting quite expensive to maintain.

I only drive automatic and have noticed a few posts on this group mentioning bad engines.

What would you knowledgeable folks suggest as a good reliable engine option for the new models. I was personally looking at the hybrid petrol 4x4.

It's one of the few new cars that I've gotten genuinely excited about. I've seen it's available in other EU countries. It was initially due to be released in the UK just after Xmas. That slipped to 'the springtime'. Then the 2nd quarter of 2024. That's nearly over; now it's 'Autumn, with first deliveries expected at the end of the year'. Then I saw an interview with someone from Stellantis saying that they need to sell a certain number electric cars in the UK (thanks govt.) before they will release the Duster...

My current car is dying. I've had enough, I can't wait any longer. So I'll go and spend my money elsewhere, which means I'll be locked into a finance deal for a few years. I'm quite sad about that. When I'm ready to buy again it'll just be another SUV in a sea of them. Plenty of fish, and all that.

I want to purchase Thule roof box for my Dacia duster extreme. Extreme has removeable roof railing that can be switched to form roof box base. Which Thule roof box fits this base? Will I need extra accessories or roof box already comes with some attachments?

Is it really a big no no to all vehicles with this engine? Is there anything to check with the retailer to see if it’s been checked and corrected if necessary or is there nothing to correct and just avoid them?

For more precisions, it’s a Dacia duster phase 2 1.2L Tce 16V eco2 4x2 125ch from 2016.
