Looking at purchasing a home with a newly constructed garage addition that is a permanent wood foundation on a concrete slab. It's nearly finished, but obviously there are a few things that are needed until it is complete. If anyone has any experience with PWFs as a buyer, what are some obvious red flags that I should look for? Is there anything about this picture that is an immediate red flag besides the fact that it is missing a few finishing touches for the PWF? Is that wet spot above grade indicative of poor drainage along the PWF? There also seems to be a rip in the film from backfilling. Is this something that can be patched and repaired?
