What are the "jokes" on here about the factions, other than Masons being idiots?

Positive/Negatives of each Faction based on general perception:

Masons:

"Only the strong survive"

Positives: Peasant uprising, no elitism, merit based social classes

Negatives: Brutal, warmongering, sadistic, perception of being dumb barbarian idiots that are only out for blood.

Agathians:

"Protect the weak"

Positives: Just, chivalric, honor bound, classic knights in shining armor

Negatives: Snobby, elitist, birthright social classes, perception of being snobby nobles that only pretend to care about the lower classes.

Tenosians:

"Leave us tf alone."

Not much else on Tenosian perception I think, other than that they're sophisticated, and more philosophical. A negative could be that they may become more bloodthirsty in their thirst for revenge after the crusades.

But yeah, I may have missed some things but that about sums up the perception. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Agathians are just too darn knightly and honor bound. It's a flaw.

A Mason, a Tenosian and an Agathian are on a ship that's sinking, the Tenosian says

'Let us throw off some cargo so we don't sink as quickly!'

fearing for their lives they all agree, the Tenosian starts by throwing crates of books overboard and says 'We have plenty of these back home!'

The Agathian throws barrels of wine overboard says 'We have plenty of these back home!'

The Mason grabs the Agathian and throws him overboard and says 'We have plenty of these back home!'

Bonus joke; Why do Agathian knights wear their saddles backwards? So they can see the battlefield.
