Is it bad if I just remove the skins but don’t core? I just realized I have 19lb of frozen Roma’s but I forgot to core them 🤨
I don't know the correct answer, but I never do. I'm a picky eater, and I never notice a poor texture result. However, I always pressure can my tomato products. That may be the difference.
I’m pressure canning as well. I used an emulsion blender to make the cooked down concoction into a more pasta sauce-y texture
