Because the Golden Rule of the Wasteland was applied to me these last few weeks and I had to get the blogging juices going: https://citymouseintheboondocks.blogspot.com/2024/05/getting-things-done-small-victories-add.html

r/BloggingForFun•33 subscribers•3 activeIt's not my best and to be honest could use a complete rewrite. Others in other forums have shown me that is is a bit messy and that my original concept was not clear.
But...this is how we get better. https://citymouseintheboondocks.blogspot.com/2024/04/maybe-we-need-to-rethink-invasive.html
I just love to write about the things that are going on in my local area, and about homesteading in general. Sometimes however the bigger wider world affects us. In this case, it's a fear that we will get left behind by the Green future: https://citymouseintheboondocks.blogspot.com/2024/04/dont-leave-rural-areas-behind.html
It's going to be a lot of work if we do, and considering we only homestead part time. BUT the potential of adding more garden space, or a small orchard, or space for some poultry is tempting.
What are your thoughts? https://citymouseintheboondocks.blogspot.com/2024/03/adding-acre-why-we-are-considering.html
So how does one of the first computer simulations have to do with me today? Because that data has been run and tweaked thousands of time since the first results in the early 1970's; and the results have been the same.
The good news? There are a few ways out of the mess. https://citymouseintheboondocks.blogspot.com/2024/03/paradigm-shifts-and-project-2040.html

Hey folks,
I’ve wrestled with the aforementioned (title) for a while and am now at the point where I believe that I am ready to write.
Any suggestions to go about picking a topic to write about?
I'm starting a new blog soon and am looking for your best tips for a beginner in this space. What do you wish you had known when you started? I'm not concerned about monetizing the blog (at least for now) - I care more about sharing knowledge on my topic and starting discussions.
Any tips you may have, or recommendations for online courses or other resources, would be most appreciated.
Might be fun to hear what you guys are all blogging about?! I used to blog when I was living abroad as an English Teacher in Japan and wrote a lot about my experience. Then I stopped blogging when I returned home, almost 10 years ago now. I’ve started up again (for fun!) just writing about my life as a mom of (soon to be) 3 and military spouse I guess, not sure where it will end up but I’ve always been a bit of a journal-er so just taking it day by day!
