Better to pick one spellcasting stat and maxing it or you'll end up with lower con which you need to make sure you can maintain concentration. Super important for support to have at least 16 con or they'll drop concentration too frequently to be effective.
Sounds like a fun idea.
What split are you planning on running? 1 life cleric/11 lore bard is actually my favorite support character in the game, but it sounds like you'll be doing a more cleric-leaning split with 11 life cleric/1 bard?
If that's the case I'd take low charisma and just take ritual/utility spells from bard. Reverse that for a bard heavier split.
I'm sure you know this, but you can also get musical instrument proficiency without the feat or being a bard from Alfira by passing the performance checks if that's what you're after.

For 1 Life/11 Lore I'd do 8/14/16/8/12/16
For 11 Life/1 Bard I'd suggest a pretty normal cleric spread of 8/15/16/8/17/8 or 12/14/16/8/16/8
I took one cleric level with my bard and was happy about it. Was war domain tho for extra attacks and the spell bless. Bless is your best bet. Also look for items that add bonuses to your healing. Volo has one to trade. You can get two more in act one. Be nice to people.
Healing in general isn’t as potent as controlling enemy turns, but there are enough support spells that you will have plenty to do.
You will have to tinker the stats a bit.
E.g. your bard requires a lot of Charisma, your Cleric requires a lot of Wisdom for spell casting.
Now, the Life Cleric comes naturally with 14 STR, 10 DEX, 13 CCon, 8 INT, 15 WIS AND 12 CHA. If you apply +2 to CHA and +1 to WIS, reduce your STR by 2 and give it to CHA you may get both your spell casting stats to 16 which is enough for a start.
