Made from 1983 to 2008. Replacements.com pricing is 149 for a 5 piece place setting. Replacements is always on the high side.
eBay sold listings will give you an idea of what a non-professional can get selling online and will usually be considerably lower than Replacements prices. This is pretty desirable dinnerware, however, so there will be a market for it.
The best way to maximize your value would be to break this up into marketable chunks and sell it online on a place like eBay, Etsy etc. So in other words, listing a set of napkin rings separately from a set of eight salad plates, etc. But this takes a long time and you really need to commit to learning to pack a ship dishes.
I live in a large metro area on the US East Coast. There are a number of people selling Villeroy and Boch dinnerware on my Facebook marketplace. Someone near me has a set your size and started asking $500 and are now done to $300.
Good luck
Antiques are items that date to a hundred years old, at least. Fifty years old is considered “vintage.” As another poster said, the oldest these might be are from the 80s.
Sadly, no one inheriting china really wants it and sets like this tend to sell for pennies on the dollar. You’d be lucky to see $100 for everything on the table.
I noticed that you mentioned vintage. Over at r/Collectables and r/Mid_Century they are always keen to see newer and vintage items. Share it with them! Sorry if this is not relevant.

Antique? It's dishwasher safe, girl.
