it has the look of the 1970 LS6 Chevelle., which made it the baddest of the bad in 1970. A friend owns an immaculate '70 LS6, red w/black stripe, 454, 4 on the floor, heavily worked suspension. it is bad.
C. I've always been a Mopar man. My car in high school was a 1973 Plymouth Satellite Sebring (same body style of the Roadrunner that year, but without the enhancements). The powertrain was all stock, but it was a glossy black, a dark red leather top, and had Keystone wheels.
My older brother had a 1970 SS Chevelle that was blue with white stripes on the hood. That 396 engine was so powerful my neck would snap when he’d floor it! His friend had one of the same year but orange. Talk about fun times as a teenager!
That’s a ‘67 Mustang and a ‘68 Charger. The Chevelle is the only one from the 70’s. There was a ‘70 Charger (not pictured) which hangs with the Chevy and they should have a ‘70 Ford Torino to play with.
The only correct answer is C. C for that Cherry Red Charger. When racing C for Cya guys later because I'll be across the finish line, Chilling with something Cool and Citrus flavoured to drink.
Before my time on all models but the Chevelle SS always hit me in the gut on an aesthetics/"practicality" balance.
I mean, the subtle lines were just gorgeous and the handling feedback was pretty remarkable for the time. You knew your limits when driving one.
That said, I loved the Mustang because I know the engine better and I felt it was better at cornering but it had some sort of weird understeer that spooked me cornering above 80 mph.
Also that said, a Charger nearly made me pass out from exhilaration in a straight-line acceleration. As my dad said when we drove one - "This is a rocketship! We're taking this to the airport and shooting it down the runway!"
I'm a die hard dedicated Chevrolet owner. Vehicles that aren't a Chevy are not allowed on my property. They must park on the road. So naturally it's the SS!
B, my Dad had two of them (not at the same time) when I was a little kid. I remember being pinned back on the seat when my Dad floored it! No seat belts were worn.
It can only be B
