Does anyone know why my Ender 3 has starting doing this?

well, it didnt. I tried replacing the nozzle and it had no effect. I did try and manually spin the fan using the control menu on the printer and when it sped up, it crashed the printer and made it restart. It also made the other fan start making grinding noises. I would have liked to fix it myself and learneda little more about the whole thing but ive decided that this seems to be a fairly large issue that shouldnt happen two days after use, regardless of how much it was used. so its its now in the box getting returned.
