I ordered this dual z for my ender 5 and they only sent me two of the things circled. Trying to figure out the name.
Linear shaft support looks like the correct anser, pillow blocks have bearings (according to google).
This is the correct answer but to be fair when building I refer to them as the thing-a-ma-gig usually sitting near the doohickey. Super technical lingo only for advanced folk like myself.

Pillow blocks are almost always radial bearings for supporting shafts. Often on spherical mountings to allow for misalignment, but not always.
I'm sure there are some with thrust bearings, but I haven't seen any.
There are no radial forces involved this is a linear motion application. Pillow block is the correct device and it contains thrust. I'm not interested in a conversation. I appreciate your copy paste. This is my profession. The OP will find this in a kit or parts from China not mv master carr. This isn't the supreme Court and you're likely not an engineer. The latter of the two makes me care even less.

- You don't know what your talking about. Not all pillow blocks have thrust bearings but the ones below do. A pillow block allows a shaft to rotate freely. This is what a radial bearing is for however these supports don't allow the shaft to rotate they constrain them. You had no involvement in the thread, so I'd have just let the person above me defend themselves as they might not have been as obnoxious as you.

I've used that kit to upgrade two of my ender 5s. No instructions whatsoever.
Works fine once you figure out how to get everything aligned.
I prefer this to alternatives as you get the option to have your gcode verify the delta in your opposing lead screws to compensate for any slop if you set up the firmware and everything correctly... not that I have done so, I still just measure the bed to a reference point (my gantry) at both ends and manually turn the screws independently to align them. I'll get around to setting it up in the firmware... eventually
So mine was missing two of those and the lead screw hole wasn’t drilled out. Luckily I’m pretty good at stuff so I did it myself.

If you want to find pieces that would make something similar, terms could include c-clamp mounts. Pipe friction fit mounts. Things along those line bring up some good results too.

Linear Rod Clamps is what I'd say if trying to communicate to a Chinese seller, unless you can find the name in the listing or one of their own listings, then I'd use that.
Use photos and technical drawings in metric if communicating across languages. Tech drawings in metric are absolute.
I'm assuming if they're a Chinese seller, and if so, they probably can't receive pictures, and our usual routes of sharing them, IE google drive, imgr, are blocked in the country. So images are kind of a no-go.
WeChat works and is apparently pretty common.
I'm able to communicate with my Chinese manufacturer with Whatsapp and they get my images fine

They are called "SK## Aluminum Linear Motion Rail Clamping Guide Support", with the SK## referring to the diameter of the clamping hole. SK8 indicates a 8mm clamping hole, while SK16 refers to a 16mm clamping hole.
Measure your rods to get the diameter, then put that number after the "SK" and search. Amazon, AliExpress, and Ebay should have them.
While sending a comment my coworker asked if I knew what this piece of meta was. LOL it was the missing pieces. I had the kit sent to my job and it must have fallen out of the box yesterday. I’m keeping this post up incase someone else needs to know.

So I have a friend that came from Russia and he learned English in his teens and when he doesn’t know what something is called he uses doohickey whatchamacallits or thingamabob with some description of the thing and I’d say without exaggerating it works 9 out of 10 times.
It sucks because when I was learning English I didn’t have this genius way and it makes me sad.
I'm Turkish so here's a fun Turkish language fact... In Turkish, there's a proper engineering term called vasistas (pronounced phonetically). It is actually learned from a German engineer that was visiting Turkey during world war 1. He kept calling it "was ist das" in German, meaning "what is that", basically a German filler phrase like whatchamacallit. Turks now use that as the proper name for "transom". Correct German word for transom is Querbalken. No wonder the guy couldn't remember it.

ironically this method is also excellent when learning a language. if u dont know the word for scissors for example. u would go "i need the...thing" and make the scissor action with your fingers. people will ask if you mean scissors in there language and then you can say yes and they pass you one to confirm it was what you expected
