Honestly Jack black can play pretty much anything and it would be great. We got teen girl in Jumanji, Bowser in the Mario movie, and claptrap in borderlands movie. He has a very wide range.

Lamar Davis. Yeah he’s a pretty big side character, but considering GTA V is so long, I’d say he doesn’t get as much screen time as the rest of the side cast. That said, he’s probably one of my favorite characters due to his humor and friendship with Franklin.
As for the popularity, I’d say he became a massive meme thanks to the “Yee-Yee Ass Haircut” line

Then Far Cry 6's Insanity dlc reveals that Vaas himself was a victim of abuse of all kinds. Dude never had a chance. At least he's better now.

Has fan games made about him, and every rendition of him in parodies always makes him so cool. Check out Mario Warfare for example.
