Lost the label. What did I sow?
Looks like nasturtium to me
Yes now I remember, I thought it might be a vegetable but I did do a tray of these. Thanks.
Nasturtiums are edible! And quite tasty at that if you like veggies. Peppery! I snack on mine all the time, so I think of it as a beautiful vegetable myself!
It's nasturtium.

pretty flowrs
Yep
I second nasturtium. The leaves and flowers are edible. A little spicy addition to salads, sandwiches, or omelettes. 🙏🦋
and you can pickle the immature seed pods to use like capers! One of my favorite edible plants.
Thanks for sharing, I didn't know this!
Same with unopened chive flowers
Ah yes, I had forgotten that! Thanks for the reminder. It has been a few years since I was able to grow a good amount of them. 🙏🦋
Oh damn, I knew you could eat them but wasn't aware of this. Very cool, will have to try it
I planted some nasturtium because I had never had it before and was curious to try it. I tasted a leaf the other day and it tasted like paint! 🤮 not that I really know what paint tastes like lol. Oh well, they’re pretty so I’ll let them continue doing their thing.
The youngest leaves taste the best. I don’t bother eating them tho; still a little gasoline-y for my taste. The flowers are tasty though, almost like a really mild spinach?
MMMMMMMM GASOLINE
I’ll give the flower a try! Thanks!
How odd! I could taste the spicy radishy pepper type flavor to the leaves. I used the flowers to make infused vinegar and that was very tasty. I never grew enough to make capers from the seeds, which is probably why I forgot about that being a thing.
Weird, they are suppose to taste kind of like radish or peppercress.
Here we eat the immature seed pods in salads or ground and flavoured as a spread. Only found out the rest of the plant is edible in my late 20's. Can't say I am fond of the rest of the plant.
Mmmmmmm Gasoline
stems are edible, too.
Yes… something “chive like”. I really do enjoy a handful of leaves, stems, and flowers chopped up to go in my omelettes! 🙏🦋
I forgot I put nasturtium seeds randomly throughout my gardens and I’ve been pulling these “weeds”! Appreciate this post
lol! This is the time of year I don’t pull anything for the next couple weeks bc I have seeds sprouting and I can’t totally remember where they are so I just don’t touch anything lol
"Is that grass or carrots" it's always grass for me though
and of you pluck the seed pods of you will never need to buy nasturshium seeds again.
These are actually seeds saved from last years plants
Are those flowers going to be red or deep pink?
A wonderful red according to the mckenzie seed packet!
at the moment they are tiny soon they will form an army to take over your garden...
Nasturtiums for sure!!
The flowers look nice and taste like horseradish, great looking and tasting topper for salads.
Also do a great job at bug mitigation. Best for borders around veggies!
Frog feet gatta be nasturtium
If you live below zone 7/8 can be aggressive self seeders
What you reap
Nasturtium!
As so many others said, nasturtium! They’re my favorite and they taste great. Just be aware that they are aphid magnets!
Pro tip. I did the same thing. Download Google lens and scan the plant if it happens again. AI will identify the plant
You should get Google Lens - it's amazing accurate. Allows you to take a picture of nearly anything and does a good job identifying it. For example, I used it on your picture and 2 of 3 top results were nasturtium.
Not perfect but definitely helpful for plants. I used it last year on bean sprouts vs morning glory and was very helpful.
Nasturtium perhaps
Nasty urchins!

Looks like Nasturtiums
those look like nasturtiums !!
Great garnish for cocktails
They were supposed to go directly into the ground. They don't transplant well.
They transplanted fine for me this year.
East indian cherry
Love these flowers as a hanging basket addition!
This was the first time I actually guessed and got it right! I'm planting a few trays of these this year for the first time, excited to see what I can do with everything.
Nasturiums are the tastiest flower I've ever consumed. Great companion plant for tomato plants
I took a picture of your picture with my IPhone and it identified it as nasturtium. Try it out!
Good to know I'm not the only one that has done this.
Nasturtium, edible leaves and flowers. Trap plant for pests, taste like if a radish and a cucumber had a baby.
-nasturtium seed 12 days. I found some with a deep red color!..waiting to see if they turn out and how they taste to me and my tortoise!
Watermelon
Nasturtium
Nasturiam
Narturtiums 😊
Beautiful nasturtiums
Nasturtiums... I love them, I let them go wild in my backyard every year. They're so beautiful!
Nasturtiums
This is Tropaeolum not Nasturtium
Nasturtium, leaves and flowers edible, taste a bit peppery to me. Nasturtium is also a great companion plant to tomatoes, I was astounded by the difference in the flavor of the tomato near it.
Nasty
New nickname unlocked. I'll forever be calling them Nastys!
Nasturtium as everyone else says. VI'll just drop a little PSA that is is so helpful to document every step of the growing process with pictures. Those labels will grow legs and disappear. Bonus: you can look back on your plants' progress for planning in future years.
Nothing more cute than lil nasturtiums baby leaves 💚
Nasturtiums
Nasturtiums
Those are some nasty turtiums!
👍🏼
Nasturtium
Tree star
Nasturtium, my flowers just popped today and they’re beautiful!
Just wait a bit longer and you’ll know?
? Nasturtium
Those look like the seed leaves, I'd wait to identify until the mature leaves grow.
Generally I would agree with you, but nasturtiums have extremely distinct leaves even at this stage.
Is that pennywort? I can’t get rid of the stuff it completely overtook my front lawn and roses garden but I can only eat so much
