Where are you staying?

Check Google Maps and find the nearest CVS, ABC Store, or Walgreens. It will be within walking distance.

Also buy beer there.

Edit: You don't need a cooler. Just carry as much as you can from one of the convivence stores to your room, keep your drinks cold by filling up the sink or a recycling bin or trash can with ice from the ice machine at the hotel (a machine will probably on your floor, maybe it will be only be on every other floor), and go back to the store when you run out.
