I’m not a fan of how Shee shee or la la handled the aftermath of things, but at this point this subreddit is fully focused on hating on the women of the show (once again)

This has probably already been said a million times but sometimes I can't read every single post as much as I wish I could lol. I wonder why it was easily accepted by Lala that Ariana get blindsided, betrayed, sued, humiliated AND expected to leave her house instantly. Even if she had to sell, she could have stayed while he moved in with Schwartz until the house was sold. Maybe Ariana insisted on being the one to leave but it always sounds like Vanderpump and Lala think she is "out of pocket" for staying in her own home while issies are settled.

I looked if this was already addressed but no luck can anyone explain Tom’s $600k offer to Ariana ? I’m not familiar with property sales in the US. It seems a bit low for a house that’s 3 million and according to the secrets revealed he made this offer roughly 3/4 months after everything went down

I was just sitting here thinking…wouldn’t it be hilarious if Brock was asked to be on DWTS and not Scheana?!

Would he do it?

Would he dare?

Seeing the cast of SH come together, while not always agreeing, behind Carl and Lindsey makes me think VPR could have been so different. Not that it’s the same because there was no clear “villain” between Larl, but if they could have all rallied together as women, at the very least. It could have been better for the show and for them as people. The summer house crew, though a decade younger in some cases, showed a lot more reflection and restraint than everyone on VPR. Alas.

Hear me out.

She’s killing it on Broadway. She’s a big name since Scandoval. She also needs to diversify and showing her comedy chops would be a great way to do that after hosting Love Island.

I could so see her doing really well in that genre especially since she’s trained in improv. Her monologue could mention that scene from years ago saying how seriously she takes sketch comedy!

Ariana was the one who called production the DAY after she found the video. She put money in her friends’ pockets with that move.

Ariana filmed with Tom ALL SEASON. She could have pitched a fit and left every scene. She didn’t. She showed up to every event, but refused to be part of any sort of apology scene to redeem Tom. That, to me, is massive self-respect.

Because she walked out of one event, she screwed over her friends? Give me a break.

I know I’m preaching to the choir here, but it just gets me angrier than you’d think for someone who has no connection to these folks at all.

I’m rewatching the episode with Scheana & Brock’s wedding.

Rachel calls Schwartz during the girls’ spa day and asks him to (switch partners and) walk down the aisle with her instead.

Later, she says in a confessional that she switched back to her original partner bc Schwartz walked awkwardly and it’s important for her to have a good runway walk.

That seems like a made-up excuse. She was doing anything and everything to hurt Katie and stir up drama.

What do you think is the real reason she ditched Schwartz? Did it make Sandoval upset?

They were still in a committed life partnership.

They were in couple’s therapy.

They owned a home together.

Ariana froze her eggs so they could have embryos if he wanted to have children.

When you are with a life partner, there may be YEARS where things are horrible or awful and you can still decide that the relationship is worthwhile and decide to continue staying together.

Even if things were absolutely horrible and hadn’t been fine for a long time, they were still making the choice to be with each other every day and whether their relationship was good or bad, that doesn’t invalidate the commitment that they made to each other.

Also, clearly Ariana and Tom were giving production enough to work with outside of their relationship if their contracts kept getting renewed. Let’s not act like Ariana has never contributed anything to this show besides her relationship with Tom Sandoval.

Am I the only one who couldn’t follow this story? I don’t understand what is so “out of pocket” for Brittany to text Lala’s mom about a shared resource such as a babysitter/nanny?

Is it because HeeHaw texted Lala’s Memaw on the day of the Amazon Live reveal? I don’t get it - don’t answer the text? Put your phone on do not disturb during an event you do not want to be bothered at?

I’m not understanding what is wrong here and then I get whiplash from the after show when Lala and Brittany are sitting together Kiki-ing being all guffaw and pop off like. I’m lost. ELI5.

I’m doing a rewatch and I just got to season 2 the Cabo episodes. I’ve always thought Schwartz was pretty awful to Katy, but watching it back I’m horrified.

He goes in on her for not wanting to hang out with Scheana and calls her a bully. So far Scheana has been pretty horrible to Katy btw. When she gets annoyed he slings a beer all over her. The next day he completely minimises it and says a small bit spilled. Scheana then brings it up at dinner and laughs that it happened to Katy. Schwartz then sits beside Katy telling her how embarrassing she is, and that she makes his life miserable. Then when Katy gets upset he feigns shock horror and the whole table blame Katy for being too emotional.

It’s genuinely so gross to watch. This is just one snippet. My question is…how on gods name (when it’s all there for us on tv) did he get away with being so abusive? And continues to get away with it for many seasons. He’s not that charming!!

What the title says. Started VPR on maternity leave since scandoval seemed worth watching for. Trying to power through, and I tend to skip Housewives reunions, so wondering if any of the earlier reunions have anything extra relevant, or can I just move straight to following seasons (obvi intend to watch the reunions around the recent seasons once I get there).
