Cell phone calls at airport gates and on mass transit should be discouraged

No, you're denying scientifically valid scientific studies by university researchers. You are acting like a Trump supporter.
My request, again:
"If you need to communicate with someone when you're about to board a plane or on mass transit, text or email the person, schedule the call for another time or, if you have to talk on the phone, speak softly."
There's nothing unreasonable about that.
You posted an editorial with cherry pick factoids. That’s not a scientific study.
Again, Trump supporter:
Rather than denying science and attacking the media, get an education and respect scientific research. The two articles that I posted are two of many.
Hate to tell you this buddy, but there's a lot more required to make a study scientifically backed than what's provided.
Get off your high horse and stop calling anyone who disagrees with you a Trump supporter

Okay cool, but you've been saying the article you linked is scientifically backed, which it isn't. You're moving the goal post and telling me now to do my own research.
I know JSTOR, I used it a lot in my finals at uni. I'm not a Trump support and I'm not even American. Stop making a fool of yourself
Editorials and magazines have nowhere close to the same level of rigor as academic journals. The author may very well be an established scholar. I'm not familiar enough with the field to know. However, it is absolutely not the same as a peer reviewed article. At all. It is so obvious that you do not work in a research field with publications. I don't have an opinion about talking on cellphones, but you are wrong in calling this magazine article "the science."
It's also very clear, with your repeated attempts at discrediting people who disagree with you with the moniker "Trump supporter," that you have no serious ability to debate this issue on its own merits. Instead of pretending everyone else is wrong, look inward.
