And yet the male headteacher who was convicted a few weeks ago had it in the headline.
What a repulsive double standard. She's a child abuser and a paedophile. One day, the media (and certain people I've seen on reddit) will stop minimising people like this because of their gender.
Edit: And I often see people quoting that this isn't rape by legal definition, which is fair enough. But surely that is another double standard on top of that! These kids were below the age of consent. Therefore the kids had sex without legal consent. If only there were a word for that...
Edit 2: The article has been updated with words from the prosecutor labelling her a "sexual predator". It's good that they're using stronger language, even if it is a quote.
And yet some people still deny that misandry exists.
It's not systemic. Men run the world, unless you haven't noticed.
