After a string of terrible jobs, bosses, and depression, I’m finally getting my life back on track. I am doing really well getting back to my normal fitness level — running a 5k five times a week, and weight training 4-5 days a week. What’s helped me most has of course been my love for trees and I tend to be quite active/creative when I smoke, so I’m looking to see if there are others out there who have achieved all their fitness goals, while engaging and enjoying recreational activities too? Would also love ideas for healthy munchies or active/fit activities where I can enjoy both?
