Use the sandierm advice others have stated, but also look into something like this to slide over it for the next couple of weeks:

I don't see how that would matter as you're wet healing with saniderm*. As long you change the Sandierm after the initial 24 hours you shouldn't have a large amount of plasma collet in it.
