You can see the patrol car and the camera in the back seat so I don’t think he is impersonating but I do think he is new to the whole cop thing. Unless he went to extremes to get a partition and back seat camera 🤷♀️
I believe that cops will auction stuff like cop cars when they get new ones or something like that. The people who gets one of these cars are supposed to remove certain things themselves because if you drive it like that it becomes illegal.
