I haven't finished reading the extra chapters though... This might be my most favorite novel ever--even outside the genre. The comedy, the drama, the story, and the characters are all amazing. Sometimes I see the live-action playing in my head. I am looking for someone to process my feelings about it (I can't talk to my husband about it, he wouldn't understand)....

I'm so in love with the pair, they're so perfect for each other! I also love the supporting characters. Everything is so good... can't wait for the next season in the anime and the live-action... *sigh*

Shi Wudu apparently had a nasty habit of sinking merchant vessels that didn't leave him offerings, according to Hua Cheng. And, given what we see of him, I'm inclined to believe it.

My question is: how the hell did he get away with that?

The gods arent supposed to directly interfere too much, which includes harming mortals. Pei Xiu got banished for basically being a serial killer. I think it's safe to assume that Shi Wudu killed many more people than Pei Xiu, given his power and how long he'd been a god.

Obviously, Jun Wu allowed it because he is terrible. But how did he justify it to the other gods without revealing himself to be a murderous dickhead?

When the first case of human face disease came to known, everyone was shocked and stuff happened anyways...we all know that happened cuz of white no face, so did Yong'an colluded with White no face? I'm still at the beginning of this Chap so I'm not sure, and

2) another question!! Is Lang Ying dead? Because when white no face first appeared in the beizi hill, he was absorbed by the earth..(💀I think that's what I read, I THINK SO!!I'm sorry if I don't remember that correctly tho😭🥲)

I love how Hua Cheng has gotten his “gege” kink in the bedroom, and Xie Lian passing out during sex from the intensity 😭 the “gege help me!” 😂

So I accidentally got spoiled and found out feng xin and mu qing are actually disguising themselves as nan feng and fu yao and i feel…😭 Is it a big spoiler or is it fine if i know this even tho i only read two vols? I really wanted to get surprised but that’s okay lol

Ok I was just wondering I can’t remember but does xie lian still wear his bandages after the cursed shackles are removed in the end?
