Well, there is no keys there. And without keys I cannot use the rack.

Should I spray my whole bike rack with rust preventer?

How stable is the Apex 4 bike rack fully loaded using a 1.25 hitch receiver? I see some people say 1.25 receiver should only be used with 2 bike racks. Could I use this setup with 4 adult bikes on a road trip of 100-200 miles? Thanks
