Hello! I’m wondering if anyone knows any resources similar to the podcast “Other People’s Problems.” I find that I learn best by example (and by doing) so it’s been helpful to hear how another therapist facilitates an actual session.

So much of this work feels solitary. It’s easy to get in my own head. I enjoy having reference points besides books, trainings, role plays, and consultation—all of which are helpful, but are still not the same thing as facilitating/experiencing an actual session. I wish I had shadowed more therapists when I was an intern, limited licensed, etc.

Does anyone feel similarly? Any ideas for resources?

I also have my own therapy which has been helpful.

Thank you in advance.
