Try to stay on topic; although spirituality is not defineable and casts a wide net, consider if your submission would do better over at /r/askthedocs, /r/mentalhealth, /r/psychonaut, /r/meditation, /r/buddhism, /r/hinduism, /r/gnostic and so on.
