Okay, maybe they aren’t big moves, but I deleted the Lululemon app and left the subreddit. I would see something cute on the subreddit and immediately look for it on the app, but NO LONGER!
I also made a screen time restriction for my shopping apps (I think I get an hour between all of them a day). It takes me a while to figure out what I want to get when I want to get something, but by the time I actually solidly decide, it times out and I can’t access it until the next day. My fiancé is helping me work through my shopping addiction and he has the passcode to override the screen time. Now, when I can get myself to deleting my Poshmark account …
