somebody that's good with eggs please help me, what do I do? my family is disgusted by me.
Are those herbs? Rice? This is not just "eggs", OP, you have to give us some clues here. This looks like what scrambled eggs would look like if they got a zombie virus.
I just made normal scrambled eggs man, oregano salt and pepper were added before cooking, and I used olive oil.
You’re over complicating it, it looks like. Don’t add oregano, for one. Perhaps google which spices to add to eggs, and more importantly, when to add them, whether before, during, or after cooking. I’ve never heard of oregano in scrambled eggs though. Seems like it would taste atrocious.
It also looks like you’re stirring them way too much in the pan. If you’re doing scrambled, put the eggs in a bowl first and stir a good bit with a fork to break up the yolk. Throw them in the heated pan and just wait for a few moments. Once the eggs on the bottom start thickening a bit? Just slide your spatula on the bottom of the pan to lift the cooked eggs, and let fresh liquid get to the heat. Repeat that until you’ve got a large mass, or big clumps of uniform, cooked eggs. Then, use your spatula to chop the eggs down to whatever size you want for individual pieces, after they’re mostly cooked in the pan.
Your eggs could be reacting to the oregano, which isn’t allowing them to solidify in chunks, or you’ve possibly over-stirred them in the pan, or something else. I can’t really tell, but eggs will react in different ways to different spices or particles. If you must add leafy spices to them, I’d recommend adding anything like that near the end of the cooking, once you’ve gotten the shape and texture you want.
This is just a basic, hastily written handful of tips, and certainly not the only way to do it. It’s a pretty cool proof method though, which it seems could help you. Good luck.
