Jamie Carragher on Casemiro: "I know he has achieved so much in this game, way more than me. But he is finished. If I was his agent, I would be on the phone to the MLS or Saudi League"
MediaSame mentality as expecting a 36 yr old cr7 to press when he never used to and blaming him lmao like bro if you’re putting players in terrible situations you can’t be surprised when bad things happen
ETH is an objectively terrible fit for the United job. He’s had a disaster class managing the personalities there
What a crime for all the things ETH has done to RM legends.
He can't even manage his own deluded personality.
Tottenhams manager strikes me as a pompous asshole just like ETH too
I think he's doing a terrific job. Long may he reign.
Totally... Ancelloti would get them into champions league for sure(sarcasm we don't have players blaming manger shows you are clueless)
This was even worse because the so called youngsters of united like rashford also never press but nobody seems to have a problem with that . In prem its just the englishmen quota that can support you no matter how shit you are
Rashford gets slaughtered for not pressing all the time.
It’s racist period.
Garnacho is 19 and dont press shit. The man is lazy af
lmao facts...yeah let's blame this legendary player for our problems...LOL
tbf what is he meant to do, play no cb? the fitness team are to blame cuz just look at all their injuries. but even as a cdm this year, he has fallen off, for whatever reason. last season, he was their best player.
People here defend anything RM related blindly, but I'm nut sure they have seen Casemiro play this season. He has been abysmal, and even if you are not playing in your favourable position or system, you can still perform at least okay level. Casemiro looks like he has lost the will to play professional football.
Is he the only one to blame? No, not at all. Ten Hag is terrible and he can't get this team to work even if his life depended on it. Ten Hag should not be critized at this point, he should be fired. But at the same time, you can ask questions from players as well, especially why an experienced, multiple times CL winner can't put a normal perfomance on the board anymore.
No, Casemiro is just fine. ETH is an idiot who uses 2-0-8 formation on attack and 5-0-4 on defense. Then comes to the press conference and says that they play the most exciting football.
Even in this match :
In the 1st goal, Casemiro challenged the attacker in the midfield. What Casemiro did was an alright play to win the ball back but he didn't. Camavinga does this every 5 minutes. You can do that when it's the midfield. Its a 50/50 challenge and Casemiro didn't win the ball but then the GREAT KOBIE MAINO RAN alongside the attacker from the midfield doing nothing and the guys in the back line didn't even make a challenge.
On the 2nd goal, Onana got beat at his near post and the other CB got owned 1 vs 1
On the 3rd Goal, Dalot got nutmegged from a Cross. How is that even possible?
The 4th goal was where Casemiro lost the ball. He intercepted the ball and was looking over his shoulder and waiting for THE GREAT MASON MOUNT because he didn't want to give a corner but lost the ball from the push from behind. Mount just remains stationary and no one closes the attacker
None of these were mistakes. They are just looking for scapegoats. Ronaldo, Sancho, Bruno and now Casemiro.
You do realize that Casemiro played CB yesterday, not midfield. Because you compared him to Camavinga and that you can do that when you play in midfield, but he didn't. But yeah, it was Eriksen's then Camiro's then Mainoo's fuck up. Other than that agree about the fact that Casemiro isn't finished, he is just not used properly.
You do realize that Casemiro played CB yesterday, not midfield.
I watch every United game.
I used Cama as an example.
I swear the number of people who blindly believe ETH and think that he's the next Guardiola makes me want to pull my hair out. The guy has no thought for strategy, man management or anything that you need to be a successful manager at the top level. He seems like the guy who plays FIFA and thinks he can coach top level teams. I swear once these players leave ManU for another destination, they'll start performing. Just look at Sancho.
The whole Man U. team has been abismal for years upon years. When Case had arrived, he was actually killing it there and everyone was raving about him. He just went down the drain just like the team/club he’s playing for. Never had those issues at RM throughout all his years here.
Fair point but fuk Jamie Caraga
lol sancho one game away from UCL final. Maybe enough blaming players and focus on coach
More importantly whoever runs the organization
Seriously like how do Manchester United not look around and see how every single player that comes to their club turns to shit? Do they ever for a second think “hm, maybe we are the ones doing something wrong”
Too far up their own asses to do that
👆👆 the list of players that have spoken about how behind ManU is compared to other teams in several aspects goes from A to Z; literally.. Zlatan being one & despite him not being one to keep quite about a lot of things, but when you’re not the only one saying similar things, there’s got to be some weight behind the comments
lol facts!
I find it ironic that the most backed manager at Man U is Ten Hag, which is the worst manager they've hired.
Because he's been hyped up to be the next Guardiola. The ManU board and their fans are more focused on play style than results. When OGS and Mourinho were forced to play counter-attacking football (since even then their defense was shit), the pundits and the fans criticized them to death with all their "Manchester United is a big club. We should play attacking football. Not just sit in the back and counter. Yada yada yada"
United fans are actually focused on both play style and results at the same time.
More specifically, the lack of results and how horribly bad they are playing while at it.
I don't think he is bad manager and I am pretty sure that he would do great in Bayern. It's just shitshow in United in last 10 years.
Ten Hag isn't even TT tactically and his man management is a mix of the worse traits of Pep and Tuchel. He would be a big downgrade on TT.
If rashford is in RM he would be the next Jude Bellingham
Meanwhile having same stats as antony
More g/a in like half the minutes doesnt equate to same stats.
Sancho was problem under 3 different managers. Him failing at United was only and only his fault.
Part of the issue is Utd had 3 different managers in the span of 2 seasons because they are such a dumpsterfire. Not the most stable environment for a young new signing with big pressure on him.
Ultimately though, Sancho is very much a system player. He works well in dynamic teams with lots of movement around him. His biggest asset was his decision-making and passing around the penalty area, a situation he rarely found himself in at Utd.
Utd used him as a touchline hugging winger where he'd receive the ball and be expected to beat several players before finding a pass. He just isn't physical enough for that. Every time he got the ball, Shaw or Dalot or AWB would mostly stand 20 yards behind him and his choice would then be to try and beat 2-3 players alone, or go backwards, which is what he usually did.
At BVB he'd have Hakimi or Guerreiro gunning down the wing and he could either find them, or use their runs to find Haaland or make space for himself to get closer to goal. If you watch his first season at Utd, he was constantly making runs behind the back line, but Shaw or Pogba would prefer to switch it with aimless balls to the right side, or Bruno would just shoot on sight anytime within 40 yards. It was infuriating. At BVB Reus, Goetze, Brandt, etc. would constantly pick out those runs.
Sancho is also responsible, he often didn't look fit enough and looked absolutely gassed after one half tracking up and down the wing, but he was coming from a very different team, off the back of the Euros loss where he was largely blamed and had injury issues, into an incredibly unstable team that never improved. It was one of the worst PL destinations for him to go to.
Ya no Man U is a shit show of a club
But you said focus on coach. He was shit under 3 differenct coaches. Also his attitude was childish as hell.
Such a weak argument. Our football has been dross for a while now, that's on the coach. But Sancho has now had 3 clubs say that he stays up until 3/4am and doesn't train well or is late.
He didn't put in a shift on the pitch. He was given 4 months off with full pay. His application THAT WEEK was questioned in response to a question and he threw the biggest hissy fit about it. All he had to do was put in the effort and he would have been worshipped at Old Trafford, instead he collected checks and played his PlayStation while at one of the most important points of his career and the team needed him.
He doesn't have the mentality to be a truly tip level player because when things don't go his way, he doesn't want to do the truly hard work. Many things are, but that's not on ETH.
They had the most professional footballer ever who work hard, going first to training, if they had 3-0 lead he want it 4 and he wanted to change his old club and making it amazing again.
When he spoke about problem he got witch hunted and he needed to leave... Because some random holland coach doesnt like him, the club Legend...
Thats the problem when you dont respect your roots, when you thinks some bullshitter coach knows better... Right now the United is on negative on goals and at 8th place...
There was United's chance, learn from one of the best ever who touched the ball, learn that mentality, learn how do you need to train hard every frickin day and be professional outside of the game.... But the lazy players dont cares, they are just take the money and they doesn care if the lose 4-0....
Did you think every frickin player is absolute shit what United sign? No.... The whole club makes the players worse...
Ten Hag was signed to change these things finally... He made it worse....
Everything at United is toxic; attitudes, relationships, the need for recognition and praise, it's all bad.
ETH came in and compounded the issues and laid down a rule of law based on not wanting his ego to be hurt, he wanted to turn it around so he looked good, not for the good of everyone in the dressing room and the club.
It's not a surprise that they continuously get worse, they were hanging by a thread as it was, I'm impressed they managed to hold this together as long as they did with that much incompetence.
This should be an auto mod reply for any time Manchester United is mentioned lmao
CR gets shit on for not being professional at Man U because he refused to go on but he was 100% right to refuse after the way he was being used as scapegoat.
You don't put in someone like Ronaldo, Messi, or Zidane in for the final minute of playing during a meaningless league match when you're up by 2 unless you're trying to publicly humiliate him and prove what a powerful manager you are. It was a bad look and showed what ETH was about.
ETH had it for CR7 from day 1. It's one of those MBA BS power moves where a new boss comes in from a different company, and in an effort to set the law of the land, they start overworking or downright abusing their best performers to show that no one is untouchable.
Having watched most of Sancho’s games for United. He was useless + given every chance + on a huge wage. He’s also played one good game for dortmund during his loan spell. He’s the problem, no one else
It's the Man Utd effect, the same thing happened to Di Maria. After he left them and joined PSG he was back to his best.
Yeah, MU is a bad move for any player above 28. Carrying that sinking ship is a young man's game, plus I imagine there isn't a shortage of young willing talent to take it up. I do agree with Jamie tho, my boy should come to the MLS and get his bag.
Yeah, MU is a bad move for any player above 28
Fixed it for you
Yeah, it’s a worse move for a young player. Graveyard for their career.
I wont mind going there honestly... I dont have anything to do anyways
Same here I'll even accept a humble contract of 20k per week
Financially speaking, no, not that bad, look at Casemiro's salary and contract now, it's the best you can get at age 30.
MU is a bad move for any player, full stop. Only go there to retire if they are paying you ten times more than anyone else and if you plan on not playing for more than a year.
MU is a bad move for any player.
FTFY
NOOOOOO we need to blame our players, nooooooo it's their fault because they're the ones playing on the wet grassy field for us, nooooo!
And Di Maria had the most assists overall and most G+A/90 yet somehow was a flop
Nah, he just didn't have any guts when the going got tough, went to a team that barely has to sweat to win their league. Of course he looked good there.
Ronaldo "failing" in his return (imo he really didn't in the first season) cemented that nothing can save that club. It's rotten to the core and Casemiro is another victim
maybe calling themselves the red devils was a bad idea lol
Why?
Lol he carried the team the 1st season he came back. They would not be in the top 10 without his goals.
He was definitely right in that the whole club culture and facilities all the way up to the ownership has been lackluster. Still a bad move to rant about it to Piers, he's not getting the high ground from that twat anyways.
United as unit is beyond abysmal, but Casemiro’s season has been dreadful. It hurts me to see one of our own surrounded by a bunch of rubbish players and playing just as bad or worse than them.
Against crystal palace he was deployed as a CB. All of United's first choice CBs are injured. They're in crisis mode and scapegoating is in full effect. Casemiro is not 100% at fault. Maybe a little checked out because he's self aware. But I doubt he's washed.
I am aware of United’s woes, but everyone there plays worse than they used to and it is so sad. 😭
Ten hag is Xavi of EPL.
Edit: I think they are both trash because they always says “WE DESERVE TO WIN, WE WERE BETTER, BLAH BLAH BLAH.
I think it’s the CRYuff DNA
I don’t like Xavi but he’s far superior manager than Ten Hag.
Atleast Xavi has possession and beautiful football. Ten hag gets cooked every week.
Ten hag is bald, so he has that going for him.
possession yes (but not that much), beautiful eh definitely no
His tactics are better than ten hag and looks more beautiful if you compare to ten hag
Cruyff is a legend.
But Ten hag is the worst “Cruyfista” in the world, possibly ever.
Jamie Carragher (2022): “Real Madrid has absolutely no chance of winning the champions League.”
Is Carragher wrong though? Personally, I think Casemiro has checked out this season. He would have cared if Utd had a squad that can compete for titles. As of now, they are not playing for anything: not at risk for relegation, no hope of getting into the UCL.
I would do the same. Man U is where they deserve to be and they ain't winning shit. Just enjoy the money.
Carra is wrong… Casemiro playing out of position with no support from another solid CB in a struggling team, at age 32. Not that you can’t reinvent yourself past your physical prime, it’s just that Casemiro’s circumstances are really unfavorable and he’s not being used to his full potential
Well his partner is 36 or 56 idk by now. Think that argument applies more to Evana.
Yeah, Casemiro was their best defender on the pitch today, because sure as shit the other guys were spectators.
Yes, he is.
The Manchester United curse is a thing now. Something eerie happened to the club once Sir Alex Ferguson left. They aren’t the same anymore.
The owners want to make money rather than win, elite teams aren't run that way.
It's not a curse, it's bad management. The club keeps ruining players.
Why would you play Casemiro as a CB? He was never meant to be a CB
It's not like it was the optimal option. The only available CB was Evans and someone had to play a second CB.
“Tactics”
“eh”
He was actually good. The other 3 defenders were pure shit and Onana should retire after this game. He doesn't have even 3 days of top level football remaining.
And Casemiro played CB at Madrid a couple of times, I guess Carlo and Zidane are stupid. :)
Just play a 3-4-3 or change the formation some how. Not every single DM can play as a CB
3-4-3 is a 3CB formation no matter what. You can play with 0-1 fullback if you want but you need at least 2CBs. The goal is at the center at the end of the day.
They don’t have 2 CB’s. How would they manage with 3 CB’s
343 with what CBs? They don’t have Camavinga or Tchouameni who can slot into those positions effortlessly
They literally have no fit CB’s.
They made Jonny Evan’s play CB alongside him yesterday after he failed a fitness test because literally every CB they have is injured.
Carragher says a lot of stupid shit. He’s a world class Real Madrid hater.
I agree with you, but tbh, Ten Hag made him a target for criticism. I watched the crystal palace match and Casemiro was abysmal. It’s sad to watch, but this just proves that even the best of players can’t do much in a terrible system.
But he is not wrong here.
Tbf he did give Case credit about achieving more than he ever has.
Yeah, that is true.
If I was Casemiro I'd sit back in England and enjoy my 350k/week instead of going to a country like Saudi.
I would send ten haag to the Saudi's League
I would send Ten Haag to the Saudi Embassy in Turkey, along with Carragher.
This just in, 32 yo CM struggles to play CB with no on field support from teammates.
Happy cake day.
I knew the English pundits were frothing at the mouth to BBQ our legend at the first opportunity.
Casimiro is the last of the problems of that team of lazy fuckers and unwatchable manager. Sancho and Di Maria become Ronaldinho after they both left, so there is clearly a bad curse in Manchester.

So Jamie Carragher is incorrect in his analysis? Are you insinuating his opinion is skewed by spite? Casemeiro is doing just fine at the top flight?
He is used in a terrible for him system. He's not young but for the most of the season he is left alone to mark a gaping hole of midfield that is just empty. Of course he'd be looking shit.
Mainoo came in and looks fairly alright because he is young but even he can't solve same issue of empty midfield and bonkers mismatch between personnel in club vs tactics used. High press and low block defense line with players usually out of position in any ball loss scenario.
EtH is not having players to suit his tactics. He needs more younger players that are capable of running and marking, especially in defense line. The exact reason Liverpool fell off and had to do a rebuild. Too old to do high intensity press and amount of run work for Klopps tactics. This also means that EtH is either stubborn or can't adjust to better use what he has. His Antony signing is working only half way because he does everything he needs in defense and press, which most people overlook as unimportant but that's crucial for EtH but fails to produce in scoring which, is imo, not only his fault.
Prime Carragher wouldn't start over even this Casemiro.
Do you even know when Jamie Carragher's prime was? Do you even know what team he played for lol?
Liverpool. And prove me wrong, even at CB Casemiro would outplay Carragher. Casemiro is so good defensively, he can play as CB or SW. If he was paired with Varane or Martinez it would have been better today. You can only do so much with Evans.
Carragher was playing for Liverpool where they were (with all due respect), shit and joke of a team for the history they had. Their entire highlight was beating Milan im 2005 and Crystanbul.
Your statement is (with all due respect) pretty dumb. It's like I take a random player from a struggling AC Milan from a few years ago and go around asking people, "Do you even know when his prime was and for who they played". If he was good enough I would have known, everyone would have known.
At the end of the day, Casemiro is one of the best at his position, while Carragher belongs to array of first flight players who are forgotten when they retire.
Uh huh. Except none of that has anything to do with Casemeiro being over the hill now
Don't go around flexing your "ball knowledge", when it back fires you'll look like a clown. And I would re iterate, if Casemiro is paired with Martinez or Varane at CB, you'll see a much better pairing.
At the end of the day, he is a human too. Seeing Johnny Evans as your defensive partner while yourself being levels ahead, headed by a manager who keeps on taking Ls, what even motivates you to play ?
You would know if your team was seriously challenging for any title (with all respect I could gather)
You do realise every mistake Casemeiro made today (and most of this season) had nothing to do with who he was partnered with and everything to do with being old and slow and getting twined up by younger, faster, sharper players, yes? You pair Casemeiro with Varane or Martinez, you get the same outcome. Because Casemeiro doesn't have the legs for top flight football anymore and the longer he's left exposed to pace, it's only going to hurt his legacy further
Stop getting in your feels about a player who left two years ago and stop getting in your feels when people suggest he either retire or move to a less stressful league. Oh and take your condescending tone and shove it up your cornhole.
Uh huh. Except none of that has anything to do with Casemeiro being over the hill now
Brings up irrelevant shit, gets it wrong then complains I'm bringing it.
Oh and take your condescending tone and shove it up your cornhole.
Complains about condescending tone, starts his answer with "You do realise"
You do realise every mistake Casemeiro made today (and most of this season) had nothing to do with who he was partnered with and everything to do with being old and slow and getting twined up by younger, faster, sharper players, yes? You pair Casemeiro with Varane or Martinez, you get the same outcome. Because Casemeiro doesn't have the legs for top flight football anymore and the longer he's left exposed to pace, it's only going to hurt his legacy further
When Paolo Maldini "lost his legs" he became the best defender in the world. He was paired with Gattuso, Nesta and likes, so do what you will with that information. I would re iterate, if he plays with proper defenders, he will show his class.
Honestly, his legacy was downhill the day he signed for Man Utd, look at Ronaldo nowadays, treated like a joke, even though he's better than every player that has and will ever play for Man Utd.
Stop getting in your feels about a player who left two years ago and stop getting in your feels when people suggest he either retire or move to a less stressful league.
Quite contrary, it's you in the feels. Either you're a Man U fan, still sucking off Ten Hag, or worse you're a Carragher fan (I would rather be a spurs fan). You have shitty ball knowledge and when you get called on it, you literally go "How it's relevant" when ironically you're the one who brought this up.
Oh and take your condescending tone and shove it up your cornhole.
And how about you fuck off to whatever sub of the shitty club you support. We don't need garbage in Real Madrid sub, we have standards.
They are at the stage where if he was registered, he'd have probably played last night.
Are only 5x Champions League winners allowed an opinion on Casemiro?
He was shit yesterday, and has looked truly cooked for months now. There’s no shame on age catching up with a player, especially one who has done as much as he has.
Kroos, De Bruyne, Modric, et. are all examples of, if your manager/organization is not shit, you can do a lot with just the experience of a great player.
Why would anyone expect Casemiro to play Center back at his size after a career playing as a DM?
People like Jamie are complete idiots. Specially as an ex player he should know bettrer. What if his coach would ask him to play Winger at 32? How would it end?
It's not like he was good enough player to understand this. Cut him some slack
Because United has 62+ individual injuries And literally no player Are available to play CB
Fuck Carragher and PL clowns for peddling this narrative.
In this game,
Goal 1. Casemiro tried to disposses, but failed, but 3 players and Onana couldn't stop the player from scoring. They weren't playing against prime Messi.
Goal 2. Casemiro trying to pass ball forward in right flank, gets dispossesed and entire defence just lets them score a goal.
Goal 3. Casemiro, literally the only guy marking his man. Other players got free. What did they want him to do, get sent off.
Goal 4. Casemiro wins the ball near touchline, doesn't want to give away a corner, backheels the ball expecting others to track back and pick up possesion (lol).
If this game was 100% because of bad Casemiro performance, and should he go to MLS then the entire backline and Onana should retire from football right away. They don't even have 3 days of top level football remaining in them.
Seems to be he was involved in every goal they conceived. They were right to single him out
I'd recommend you watch the game. It was like he was the only one trying to defend.
when you working for top company and moved to lower company, it is normal that your degree of motivation gets lower plus toxic environment of united and CEO and board of united club they doesn't care about performance on the pitch. why would Casemiro gives 100% when a lot players in united they don't give fuck about performance or consistency .
Carragher with another L take
It's simple, 10Hag is a donkey, he never learns, he never listens, he doesn't even know what kind of football he wants the team to play. His constant experimentation only puts his players in the most vulnerable positions, instead of taking advantage of the strengths they are known for.
You think Zidane would have done better if he also has 62 individual injuries
He did in fact, in the 2020/21 campaign RM had more than 65 injuries. Zidane reached semi-finals in the CL and finished second in the league, two points behind Atlético de Madrid. Do some research first my dude.
Yeah, like real Madrid doesn't have better player than rest of the world to depend on, use some common sense
Zidane wouldn't have given 65m€ to Mount, 74m€ to a inexperienced player expecting him to be the starter striker and 95m€ to a fidget spinner in the first place. United have been unlucky with the injuries but let's not talk like they were playing good before those. They crashed out of Europe in a group with Copenhagen and Galatasaray lol
U should know how to use a player.
Again impeccable timing from Perez on selling players before they fall off. But to be fair, United are the most goated club at ruining players as well. At least Casemiro is getting the bag, so he got that going for him
Carragher has no right to even call then name of Casemiro
Manchester United is a sewer and Erik 9gag a bald egg head fraud
What can you do when you are playing with 10 planks
Apart from his accent I like nothing about this man. He is a sportsman how can he say things like this! Casemiro was part of us. Just because the whole club is in shambles doesn't mean he is finished. Even today he comes back to Madrid he is going to outperform every other defensive midfielder in la liga. Remember the match against Barca where messi couldn't even move him when he was marked down by Casemiro.
Jamie is only partially right....yes he is done...he was done in Real Madrid... Manchester United were his agent's "Saudi League"... Lad got a 5 year contract....he is going nowhere for a while.....
He hates madrid. He hates all madrid players. He targets them on purpose because he knows that only way to make himself relevant is to trash the best club and the best players.

I didn't. But again, every player in the world have some bad matches. Even ronaldo and messi. Doesn't mean they should just retire or go to mls or saudi or whatever. I mean what fuckall logic is that!
Dude even if you heard or understand what he says about Casemiro your comment doesn't make any sense... Literally said himself that he's nowhere near level of Casemiro but he's not wrong... Casemiro has never really looked like Madrid Casemiro here at United p
He's right, He's nowhere near casemiro. I said he hates madrid and it's players and he tries to say relevant by shitting on players in general when he KNOWS He's nowhere near them. What doesn't make sense to you it's plain english, Dude.
Also no player playing in united is at the level of what they were before. Clearly the player's fault, right??
What an idiot. I’d like to see how Carra would’ve done at a struggling Liverpool if Benitez had positioned him as an attacking midfielder
Jamie Carragher and braindead takes. Name a better combo 😂
Jamie is the one whos finished
Yeah, no shit, he's retired.
Yea whats ur point?
What's MY point? What's YOUR point? To point out that the 46 year old retired player is "finished"? Like no shit, he knows he's finished, that's why he retired.
My point being hes not a good expert lol. Finished as a pundit lol
If you watched Casemiro yesterday, you wouldn't be saying that. Looked like 1/10th the player he used to be.
This guy trying to tell me the mls is a bad league?
It is? Why do you think big name players go there before calling it a career.
Jokes dog
Oh mb. Sarcasm is hard to detect in text lol.
A certain fanbase would not like that implication.
The crazy part is seeing players that leave MAN U do way better. At this point the manager is the common denominator
Casemiro was never a fast player and get worst with his age. His passing ability will deteriorate as time passes with his United shirt.
If I was a pundit I'd have 9 hag on my scope. Not surprising a manager who plays certain type of way can't get the best out of his team without his preferred players.
Unless he will get more money in US or in Saudi Arabia I hope that he stays with Man Utd. He left us for new challenge (as well as a big 4 years long contract) and so far he did not achieve anything with them.
Casemiro isn’t the problem, it’s obvious that man utd have deep problems and need better structuring.
Continuesly blaming players while those same players when loaned out are preforming for a different shows that the issue lies in the club/manager!
Carragher is a 🤡
Man Utd is garbage even Casemiro knows that he’s there for a check and once he feels comfy he’s gonna bounce to Brazil again lol 😂
Man U is where every player goes to the die, imo.
Really last game Casamero was so awful
You know it is real bad when you have to agree with carra
At some point we should just unanimously agree to not let British people comment about football publicly any more, it has to be done.
Man U has a habit of bringing on quality RM players and using them as scapegoats. Shit club in shambles rn
At this point football players in Europe should realize that moving to Uts is an obvious bad move and they should think very carefully before making such a move.
Not Case's fault. Blame ETH and Man United in general
This sub needs to chill a bit man. Any little criticism from an English pundit and everyone is triggered lol.
It’s been too many times that Jamie talks down on players tho, He can’t leave football so he takes a job with Sports channels/programs
The situation with Erik Ten Hag has been clear since the Ronaldo incident. A coach’s ability is always defined by what they can do with the current available resources.
Except for Pep, most of the coaches who are well respected have been dealt bad hands throughout their careers, but they have managed to make the most and at the very least not blame everything on players and take some responsibility.
Quite simply, this fraud is out of his fucking depth. You can’t put players who have been won more trophies than you have won games this season in impossible positions and except them to bail you out every single game, that too at the tail end of their careers.
This is the first decent take from Carra since he started punditry.
One thing I'm sure is that if Case returned to Real Madrid right now, he wouldn't be able to take a spot from the starting lineup.
The only thing more embarassing than Man United is Real Madrid fans.
well Jamie he’s not a Centerback, So What makes you so sure that he’s done as a player “in Europe” by your standards
This guy is a moron IMO. He has a bias against non British players. If Casemiro is finished then Man United can release him. There are plenty of clubs who will be happy to have Casemiro on the team.
They could get Mbappe, and we'd hear Carragher saying this about him in a year or two
Real Madrid knows very well when to get rid of someone.
ETH is an idiot who uses 2-0-8 formation on attack and 5-0-4 on defense. Then comes to the press conference and says that they play the most exciting football.
Even in this match :
In the 1st goal, Casemiro challenged the attacker in the midfield. What Casemiro did was an alright play to win the ball back. THE GREAT KOBIE MAINO RAN alongside the attacker from the midfield doing nothing and the guys in the back line didn't even make a challenge.
Ronaldo, Rashford, Sancho, Bruno and now Casemiro.
Exactly, the "mistakes" from Casemiro from this game were in 1st and 4th goal. Even then, there were 3 players to stop the attacker. And damn, the 4th goal was just painful to watch. How can you not track back in that situation.
Haha brunch of Madrid fans on here defending casemiro not many utd feel the same.
anyone who has watched utd play this season will tell you casemiro along with the rest of the utd players has been piss poor. You can blame checks comments Johnny Evans, but one on one last night casemiro got destroyed blame the system, the manager the other players if like but one on one it was down to casemiro, not just his legs his head is gone he has checked out already.
I hope he stays to collect his utd pension along with eth its hilarious watching utd at the moment haha.

of course, probably cause his club liverpool gets a regular spanking from us
>I know he has achieved so much in this game, way more than me.
You not touching his shoelaces bozo
He is objectively right. Stop being a blind fan.
Doesn't mean he can lace Casemiro's shoelaces
In his 17 years of career he never won a PL title and talks like he is Maldini.

We dont allow casemiro slander here and especially from this fool
It's United, who have made a mess of it. He is not supposed to be doing all these jobs on the field. The injuries in the team haven't helped as well.
Besides United are giving him 350k pw. I doubt Saudis are still throwing cash.
Casemiro has been used as a sole pivot with no support at the age of 32 and now as an emergency CB. Expecting him to man mark or young PL wingers is crazy, Ten Hag and the whole Man Utd board are to blame for their shit
