Best method for deleting accounts, not necessarily data from data brokers?

So a lot of posts have probably been made about “can i erase my digital footprint?”

From what I understand, you can pay some services like deleteme to request that your personal info stop being sold by data brokers. But ultimately, your digital footprint will never be deleted.

So, data brokers aside, my question is, will these services delete all my accounts for me? Even the ones i no longer have access to?
